I ship all of my Urns via USPS, Priority Mail.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

I accept returns and exchanges of un-used urns. Please make sure you have sized your urn correctly, go one size up if you are not sure. All of my urns are measured to the industry standard.

• Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

• Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery.

• 5% restocking fee applies for all returns.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

 The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom orders

  • Personalized orders with a name

***Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
