This is a beautiful glaze reminding me of waterfalls. The flowing lighter blue glaze cascades over the darker blue glaze like a waterfall. The colors remind me of the ocean waves at dusk, or the beautiful white water of a rushing stream.

This is a good size for holding a smaller person, or a large pet.

This urn measures 8"H x 7”W and will hold up to 120 cubic inches **.

I make each urn at the potters wheel. It is then fired in the kiln for 9 hours to harden. I then glaze it to achieve the variations of blues that you see. The final step is to fire it again in the kiln for 15 hours which allows the glaze to reach it's melting point.

** One cubic inch = One pound of live weight.

All of my pottery is handmade, one piece at a time. All sizes are approximate, meaning they may vary slightly in size... maybe 1/4-1/2"
